WHICH SERVICE TO BOOK

Mini fills are 30 minute fills to give extra lashes between fills for vacations or events, must be booked within 10 days of a regular fill, and are not available to be booked online. This is not available for hybrid - if you have hybrid and want a mini fill, choose volume for a more full look and classic for more natural.
Regular fills are normal maintenance fills to be booked every 2-4 weeks. At a regular fill, there should be 40% of the extensions remaining.
Extra long fills are between 90-105m and are to be booked if you want extra lashes for a photoshoot or event, or if you have waited more than 4 weeks since your last fill. This service is great for playing catch up if you had to miss a fill or had excess shedding. You will have better retention in the long run if your lash artist has time to get your lashes 100% full at your fill.
Salon Transfer Fills are between 75-105m, and are to be booked if you are new to Remedy but not new to lashes! During this fill we will assess your lashes, assess your lash goals, remove any grown out, sticky, or damaging lashes, and fill your lashes as full as we can. This is not a guarantee that you will not need a new full set if your lashes are causing severe damage, but in the majority of cases, we are able to easily transition clients into their gorgeous new Remedy lashes!
Book a full set if you don’t have any lashes, or if you can count the lashes that are remaining (if you have less than 20% of your extensions, you need to book a full set).

We are so thankful for all of our clients that show up and let us make art every single day. Because we are so passionate about our craft, we take our jobs very seriously. There are a few things you can do to help us help you have the best possible experience with your lashes.

First and foremost, please follow the aftercare instructions shared with you by your lash artist. Full sets do include an aftercare kit, and we offer new kits or cleanser refills available for purchase any time you come into the salon. When you follow your aftercare, it ensures that your lashes will last as long as possible. If you come to your appointment with dirty lashes, we will have to use time that is meant for lashing to do a deep clean, so not only will your lashes not be lasting because they’re not being cared for, you are missing out on the maximum lashing potential at your fill. After care instructions can be found in the footer of any page on this site.

It also helps us out a LOT if you book the proper fill for your needs… If we don’t have enough time, we can’t do our best work. One of the secrets to great retention is 100% natural lash coverage, so even though you may not think we really need all that time, it really does help to give you the longest lasting lashes.
